Richard Tilley is a media and marketing professional with more than 25 years' experience. He is the founder of Comms for Schools, an examiner with the National Council for the Training of Journalists and a former editor in the regional press.
In another life, he was a two-time winner and three-time runner-up at the British Sports Journalism Awards. Richard has lived in and around Oxford since the late 1970s, but he cannot remember that far back.
